Devon knew exactly what needed to be done to get my short sale completed. He communicated constantly keeping me up-to-date on the Sales situation. He communicated with me at least once every week sometimes twice. He did an awesome job getting my property sold. I highly recommend him to anyone

I was a property owner and Paula at BNB Reality was my manager for over ten years. I lived out of state for the entirety of the relationship and felt at ease. Paula gave me honest assessments of property repair requirements, tenant issues, upgrades, and made payments a simple process. The home was never without a tenant for more than a month. When I decide to sell the property she was also my agent. The house was prepped, listed, and showed by her and I was still out of state. We had an offer within four hours of listing and under contract in four days and sold shortly after. As much as I liked selling the home, I am truly sad that I won't continue the professional relationship that was cultivated over the years. I know without hesitation that she would be my first choice if I decide to purchase in the area again or for any general advice. Paula and BNB are absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend!

Amanda listened to my needs and limitations as well as my desires. Once the perfect property was found for me, she executed all the necessary documents and stayed on top of all the details but before and after the sale. I have purchased several properties from Amanda and would consider NO one else! Thanks Amanda for another great experience!
