PAULA PURVIS

I was a property owner and Paula at BNB Reality was my manager for over ten years. I lived out of state for the entirety of the relationship and felt at ease. Paula gave me honest assessments of property repair requirements, tenant issues, upgrades, and made payments a simple process. The home was never without a tenant for more than a month. When I decide to sell the property she was also my agent. The house was prepped, listed, and showed by her and I was still out of state. We had an offer within four hours of listing and under contract in four days and sold shortly after. As much as I liked selling the home, I am truly sad that I won't continue the professional relationship that was cultivated over the years. I know without hesitation that she would be my first choice if I decide to purchase in the area again or for any general advice. Paula and BNB are absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend!
