That house didn't work out, but the next one did—and today, it's the home we absolutely love and get to call ours. Their care didn't stop at closing either. They continued checking in afterward to make sure we were happy and didn't need anything. I didn’t really know what to expect getting into this process, but Tara prepped me and got me to the finish line just like she said she would! She was very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I’m an over thinker so, I like to be over informed. Emilie Parker is the kind of buyer’s agent you wish you could clone and send to every state. As someone in the real estate business myself (in another state), I can confidently say she and her Transaction Coordinator, Joe Blasko, are absolute top-tier. Emilie went above and beyond every step of the way and then somehow went even further at closing with the sweetest (and most delicious) gifts: sausage from her home-raised pigs, fresh eggs from her chickens, and gardening goodies. Honestly, I came for a house and left with a mini farm starter kit… my kids are still asking when the chickens are moving in. Professional, thoughtful, and just an all-around joy to work with.
