Chuck is an excellent agent. He is fully knowledgeable of the market, real estate values and what areas of concern to watch. He followed through on all our requests and answered all questions we had. When we found our home, he professionally handled the negotiations and made sure the sale went smoothly and efficiently. This is the second home Chuck has helped us buy and he is handling the sale of our last home. We will use him again if needed and I cannot recommend him more.

I think Jim, by nature, is a quiet guy but he is full of great insight and understanding. He has a finance and legal background which is really important to bringing all the detailed pieces together. He also he’s a grasp of the market and is willing to dig deep. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Jim.

Jim had all of the connections in his network to help make our home buying possible. He connected us with an inspector and a lender who were great! We had so much going on in our personal lives but we had nothing to worry about with the home buying process because he handled everything and did so with a positive attitude. If you are looking for a knowledgeable realtor who will ensure you a smooth process, look no further! Best realtor around.
