She was there every step of the way and truly went above and beyond for us. Not only did Josee organize and manage the entire sales process, but she also helped coordinate vendors and everything that needed to be done to get the house ready to sell. She took an incredibly hands-on approach and helped keep everything moving, which made what could have been a very stressful process so much easier. Her communication was excellent, she was always available when we needed her, and we genuinely felt like we had someone in our corner looking out for our best interests. Susan was always available when we had questions or concerns. She helped us from the beginning of our search for a new home, and continues to be there even after we closed. She helped with recommendations for the financing and inspections. She went above and beyond what our expectations were in a Real Estate Agent. We would never have been able to find our dream home without her knowledge and help.

Joanne is always on point! As soon as I sent her a question, it was answered right away. I needed help staging, she helped! I needed help getting out of the house for showings, she helped! I even needed help cleaning and she helped! She was my Rock in this storm! It is why I also selected her in purchasing out new home.
