Kerri has done an excellent job. Foolks that think that open houses don't work, Kerri got an excellent contract the first day, her knowledge of the market got me more than I expected. Thank you Kerri.

From the begging Alex was very personable and knowledgeable and he showed a lot of interests in our search for a new home. His personable interaction with my wife and I were outstanding, and he kept us informed as to our culmination. of our purchase he was right there for us. He was a great pleasure for us as our realtor he kept our interests at all times during our search and ultimately our purchase of our new home. He is an asset to the company he works for as well as to anyone looking for a good realtor to work with !

We'd been flailing around on our own for a few months until we ran into Rich while inquiring about a particular house. While that didn't work out, he offered to help us and our house hunting and buying journey took off! Within 2 weeks of meeting Rich, we finally found the house we'd end up buying. As people with no clue how to navigate the nerve-wracking process of buying, Rich was there every step of the way. He's a true professional with years of experience - which became obvious working with him. He's friendly. Easy to communicate with. Extremely reliable. We can't recommend Rich highly enough and feel lucky that we got to have him as our agent.

Sue brings a wealth of knowledge and a vast network of colleagues who helped my VA loan offer accepted over multiple others. She made the home-buying process as easy as it can get. Sue also went above by helping find a contractor to quickly fix a few issues with the house that she negotiated off the sale price. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house and will gladly hire her again if I need a realtor.
