Soon some people occupied the house and didn't pay any money either. It was a headache for us being out the country, and we really felt our hands were tied up. A few friends had tried to help but couldn't get it resolved, then Keith came to our rescue. He was referred to us by an old friend. On our first phone call, I knew we'd found the man, and it proved I was right. He was easy-going and very responsive, so we felt at ease with the whole process. If I had any questions, he'd be very patient in answering them for me. If he had different opinions from his past experience, he'd not hesitate to tell us and let us make our own decisions. All in all, it was a smooth flight with him on the pilot's seat. We would recommend him to anyone!
