While I was getting my house ready to sell I started tracking agents online to get a basic indication of who was selling in my area and how long it took them to sell. I also tracked asking prices compared to Zillow estimates as well as asking prices compared to eventual sale prices. Based on this initial information and based on his track record I went with Ozzie and I’m glad I did. He’s extremely professional and easy to work with and goes above and beyond to keep the process moving at a rapid pace. Since I live out of state, communication was key. Once I got the house ready for sale and it went on the market, I went back to Atlanta and left the rest to Ozzie, who then took over and met with contractors to get some final items taken care of, sometimes giving them an extra push when necessary to keep things on schedule. He kept me up to date every step of the way, responding to texts, emails and phone calls immediately. Not once did I feel the need to return to the property to handle anything further. He works very hard for you and makes smart recommendations based on what he feels is best for your property and your individual situation. He also anticipates roadblocks that may occur and is ready with solutions so the process moves along smoothly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ozzie.
