I met Joyce a few years ago in passing but never had the opportunity to work with her . So when I decided I wanted to sell my house I called Joyce as she was the only person I had any relationship with .. It turns out Joyce was the absolute best choice for me .. I was selling the house in Florida and living in canada so I could not contribute in any physical way in its preparation .. Joyce did everything to help .. and I mean everything !! AC replacement (multiple quotes) Screen repair ( made all the arrangements) Fridge replacement ( made all the arrangements) Misc other small details to help the house show well . So is short .. Joyce showed great personality traits .. the most important one , I feel , is being honest and being trustworthy !! Thank you Joyce !!

Nicole was amazing to work with!! This was not the first time Nicole helped me in real estate and it won't be the last. She knows the area, she knows how to negotiate, she loves the process, and she loves working with people. Everyone that I have sent her way she has been a star!! Her social media is the best around. She helps other agents all around the US. She is a rock star in my book. I haven't met a real estate agent who is as professional but yet down to earth as Nicole. I can't say enough about her!!!
