Selling a house is not so easy these days. Jeni has been a rock for us. Jeni has juggled so many things to help us sell. Communication was key and Jeni was on top of her game. She also pulled us through the many ups and downs. Always answered our questions and kept in touch on a daily basis. Jeni doesn’t give up. I’ve worked with a lot of realtors in the past but Chloe was the best to work with. She took the sale of my home personally and made sure I got the most I could for it. We thoroughly discussed the strategy behind the pricing of the home, the date it went live (was around 4th of july), the times of the open house, and more. Every step had a plan and was intentional. Chloe showed up 2 hours before the open house and was personally wiping down baseboards and getting the home ready to go. The open house guests even complimented how great the open house was. We ended up getting 22 offers, 13 of which were received PRIOR to a single showing!! We ended up accepting an offer for 42k over asking, with a 6 month lease back for discounted rent. Absolutely unheard of. I couldn’t recommend her more!
