I am about half way moved in to my new home and I could not be happier. I met Jasilyn at a home buyers seminar and knew that I wanted to work with her. Jasilyn is passionate about helping people find the perfect home that fits all of their needs. Jasilyn worked with me every step of the way, she was very responsive and flexible with her time. During the hunt, if a house wasn't it, she asked me why, and took those thoughts into the consideration on future searches. Jasilyn was amazing during viewings as well, she answered all my questions, pointed out items that could be issues, and positives in homes. Her research comparing properties was great and was always sent very quickly. When we finally found the perfect home, the fun really started, and Jasilyn became even more invaluable. She really was the glue that held my whole buying team together. She was on top of everything, from the mortgage lender to the inspector. She kept in contact, made sure we all stayed in track, and made sure I understood exactly what was going on and what to expect. On the day we closed, I walked in for the final walk through and found Jasilyn waiting with my first house warming gift and a huge hug. I'm going to stay in this home forever, which only makes me sad because I cannot use Jasilyn's services again. I will have to make do with just recommending her to everyone I know or meet.

Shelley worked tirelessly, consistently "going the extra mile" to tailor the selling process to my individual needs. Shelley helped me set the asking price for my house, utilizing her knowledge of the market to set the price of the house at a level that ensured that I would be successful negotiating the highest possible settlement price. Her knowledge of the real estate "bubble" helped me secure the highest possible return for my house. Shelley was able to use her advanced communication skills to make sure that I understood every step of the selling process. She was able to successfully deal with every person connected with the selling process, whether it be securing a high quality roofing company to replace my roof or making sure that some of the work that I had previously contracted to be done on the house was corrected so that it met a high level in terms of its quality. Shelley successfully coordinated the preparation of my house so that it would secure a high sale price. She had contractors, from handymen to electricians, complete work that was needed. I was not able to assist in the selling process because of health reasons. Shelley organized my possessions and either arranged for them to be stored two hours away at a location near my sister's residence or sold them at auctions she organized. I would not have been able to complete the tasks needed to get the house on the market in such a comprehensive way without her tireless work. Chris Neun is one of the better agents in the area! I would say his marketing is pretty amazing and EXCEPTIONAL! I've used several agents in the past to market my properties and I would say out of of 50-60 Agents, his Marketing is the best I've seen! If you have any doubt in your mind to whether you should hire him or not. Just hire him! You will not be disappointed! He will go above and beyond!

My daughter needed to find a home quickly and I had to initially purchase home. Kasey knew time was of the essence and based upon talking to my daughter. convinced her to look at a place my daughter did not want to see after seeing places available that did not meet my daughter's needs. Not only did the final place impress my daughter, but we were also able to get the place at a reasonable price and closed in record time as far as I am concerned. I would gladly recommend Kasey for her professionalism.
