Twenty five years ago in 1998 we purchased our house on Montego Bay, in Kissimmee through Century 21. We decided to use the same company to sell the property. Our agent Reshma came to visit us within 24 hours of us phoning and explained all we needed to know regarding the sale. We spoke for an hour discussing the sale price and agreed on a figure. Within the next 24 hours the property was sold. Reshma helped us right through the process until completion within three weeks. We are so glad we chose Marilin to help us with our search. She knows the area very well, and, once we gave her our requirements, she immediately went to work to find us prospective homes. We appreciate that she always availed herself for a showing, many times spending most of her day with us as we checked out several houses. I can’t remember how many homes we saw in total (both virtually while still out-of-state and once in Orlando), but she found the one for us! We at times let the stress of house hunting and relocating get the best of us, but Marilin was so understanding and empathetic throughout the whole process. She answered all of our questions, took all of our calls, and responded to all of our text messages in a friendly and professional manner. We knew we were not her only clients, but she never missed a beat with us. We bought a for sale by owner house, so we dealt directly with the homeowners. Marilin was always there to mediate between us — during the initial (and second) viewing, the inspection, the follow-up repairs, and the virtual signing of the closing documents. Brooke Lambert is very attentive, detailed , and patient. She is also considerate , solution- oriented and goes the extra mile for her clients. She explains things in a way that is not condescending; I am a nurse and my husband a teacher— real estate is not our language. Brooke was kind and helpful in guiding us through the process. My husband and I were having trouble with the financial aspect of refinancing and she explained things very thoroughly , and helped team us with a trustworthy mortgage broker.
