As a first-time homebuyer, I was extremely nervous going into the process, but my agent Mayra Piedra made the entire experience so much easier. She was incredibly attentive, always available to answer my questions, and took the time to explain every step in a way I could understand. Whenever I felt overwhelmed or anxious, she stayed calm and reassuring, which really helped me feel more confident throughout the journey. I never felt rushed or pressured just genuinely supported. Me, Lijan, and Erick are very happy and grateful thank you, Mayra, for all your help! I’m very thankful and truly appreciate everything she did for me during this process. I would definitely contact her again when I’m ready to buy my second home, and I highly recommend her to anyone especially first-time buyers who may feel unsure or intimidated.

Well disclaimer up front. Scott is my son so I might be a little prejudiced. My experience with Scott was Great. Scott is a very honest person and runs his business in very professional manner. If you want that in your realtor I would use Scott.

Our decision to move was a rather short notice one. John responded to our request immediately. He listened to all of our needs and concerns. But more than that, he addressed them each, one by one. His direction and guidance was invaluable. He helped us prepare the home for sale and to address all the details of closing accounts, ( such as propane, electricity, taxes, etc. ) staging, and dealing with the purchaser’s agent. He provided drone overhead photos as well as excellent inside and outside photos featuring our home. Every step of the way we felt comfortable with the process. He listened to all our questions and addressed them all. He was never pushing us, rather he was assisting us on whatever came up. His skills as a mediator were invaluable. His consideration also included the needs of the buyer. This made the whole process smooth and without stress. We heartily recommend him to anyone looking to make what could be a stressful process smooth, efficient, and uneventful. He addressed not only our house showings and sale but our repeated questions. We can not recommend him highly enough.

Sue is hands down one of the most knowledgeable realtors that I have ever had the opportunity to work with. I listed my house with her back in May of 2025 with a handful of conditions due to our circumstance which i did not think would sell in time. With her guidance and her network of support i was able to close a month sooner than expected with an extra 23k than I originally expected. I wouldn't want anyone else in my corner than Sue Mosley.

I cannot get over how much this young lady has done for me she spent so much time looking for homes for me taking me around looking at so many homes for months and months she went backwards for me I can't say enough about her and she's very very friendly and she's very willing to help you with anything she gets back to you right away she fills you in on everything you will need give her a 10 plus
