Dave is very knowledgeable on the area, the homes available and their floor plans, and things to look for and to look out for. He helped us find the perfect house for us offering insights and advice on neighborhoods, floor plan, traffic patterns, amenities, and businesses and shopping nearby. He also helped us estimate our budget for various improvements we wanted to make and was spot on with the costs. He provided names of contractors and even help to schedule the work. Dave helped us to negotiate a good price and gave us great advice on the inspection and repair process. Buying a home can be stressful and we were so happy to have a trusted partner to help us navigate the market and the buying process. There is nothing we wanted that we did not get from Dave Monty!

In Fort Lauderdale, that is not always easy to find. Then Christie found my home. Although, I didn’t think so at first. At first, I was still thinking about a house with a pool, but she encouraged me to at least come take a look. Once I saw the yard, the lot size, the newer updates, the canal, and the potential to make it my own, I knew it was the right fit. Today, I am standing in my new Fort Lauderdale home, and it still feels surreal. Christie and John successfully sold one home and found me my next one! They guided me through both sides of the process, stayed committed, and made it happen. Nova loves the huge yard, and I am excited for this next chapter. Carol did her normal excellent job! This is the second home we have sold in Micanopy with her help. She sold this one when we were on vacation in Costa Rica at a price thousands of dollars over the asking price! She also helped us purchase the lot that this home was built on. My brother and his wife also purchased a home in Micanopy with her help with the same great experience. She is always quick to respond to our calls and texts.
