My husband and I worked with Josue Collado, He was a very down to earth and patient real-estate agent who didn't pressure us into buying but also advocated for us. Although at times I felt like we needed a little more guidance since we were first time buyers, I appreciated that he looked out for us with giving us recommendations for lenders, insurance, inspectors and helped set up some of those things.
