This is our second time working with Susan on Marco Island and we could not be happier with the outcome. Susan helped guide the closing process along the entire way. At the last minute due to a technical error on our end we were forced to delay our closing by one day, which was quite nerve racking. Susan helped coordinate correspondence between ourselves, the buyer and Ron Webster's office to ensure the deal closed the following day. She even helped us tie up a few loose odds and ends after the closing was completed. We could not have asked for a better experience and we look forward to working with Susan again in the future.

I have enjoyed a 20+ year real estate relationship with Barbara Vineyard at Green Tree Reality. Barbara has an extensive, local knowledge of the real estate market in and around Gainesville. She has used her connections in that sector to both help my company purchase, sell and rent real estate. Barbara is very honest and transparent and works hard to make deals work! I highly recommend Barbara and Green Tree Reality.

Catelyn was amazing! She was on top of the entire process, keeping us informed and willing to accept help when she didn’t know the answer. Now we are in our own with help from the Lord & a wonderful team.
