This is our second time working with Susan on Marco Island and we could not be happier with the outcome. Susan helped guide the closing process along the entire way. At the last minute due to a technical error on our end we were forced to delay our closing by one day, which was quite nerve racking. Susan helped coordinate correspondence between ourselves, the buyer and Ron Webster's office to ensure the deal closed the following day. She even helped us tie up a few loose odds and ends after the closing was completed. We could not have asked for a better experience and we look forward to working with Susan again in the future.

Right away upon meeting Susan we knew it was a good fit for our family. She is the perfect mixture of experience, patience and warmth making us feel completely at ease throughout this time with her as our agent.
