Jon addresses the things most important. Like taking your call or calling back in a short while. I was out of State during the closing period. Jon helped me immensely with some minor repairs. He had people to help out a a reasonable cost. Also, when I vacated, I forgot to return my Cable box. Jon went back and got it and took it to Comcast and returned it for me! I recommend Jon highly.
