I welcome this opportunity to ask you to name Lorriane Castor The employee of the month as she did what two other Realtors could not do Lorriane sold our home for us ..Lorriane stopped by our home one afternoon as she saw the sign up in our yard that said For Sell by Owner she knocked on the door and I answer it ,after she introduced herself I explained to her that the Home had been on the market for 2 years and the realtor had not sold it so we where trying to sell it ourselves ,we did have a few bites but they always came up not taking the Home ,after listing to us Lorriane said I can sell your Home for you so we gave her a contract and by golly she did it .Lorraine was always very professional with calling us and sending us E-mails and bringing prospect buyer to see the Home I would recommend her to my friends or family if the needs arises . sincerely Charles and Phyllis Davis

Kyle is an outstanding realtor! Professional and motivated!!! His market knowledge based on many factors, not just comps, gets your property priced correctly to sell. He is up front about things to do in order to sell quickly, but always leaves decisions in your hands of improvements to make or not, before listing and even after inspections. He also has connections with people to do the work and he always presents at least 2 options and encourages you to use your own if you want. You tell him what communication you want, and he delivers. I had 3 siblings I wanted included in updates via text weekly and with any important points in the sales process, and he didn't miss a beat. Everyone was pleased with his professionalism. Before Kyle, we used another realtor who held one open house and showed the property 6 times in a year with one offer that ended up too low for us to even consider. After making some cost effective updates and staging it professionally, Kyle had a marketing campaign which included a realtors open house the first week, resulting in 2 offers within the first month; one we accepted and ended in a sale 30 days later. Feedback was that the home showed beautifully and was priced correctly. I have to note that we were away during much of this process and although we were in a community which has landscaping, Kyle himself went by and did some detailing of the landscaping on our property to ensure that all important favorable first impression. In short, data based pricing and marketing, excellent communication, marketing knowledge and community connections resulted in a sale that netted us over $50,000 in two months compared to what the previous real estate agent presented to us in a year. Sandy was very patient with us. For a while we were on the fence wether to buy or not, and after a few years of thinking about it, we finally decided. She was never pushy and she was so patient and flexible to give us the time we needed to make a decision we were happy with. She not only helped us find a beautiful home, but she also educated us, since we were first time home buyers. It was a big deal for us. She helped us feel confident in our decision and really spoke in our behave to have the seller pay for our closing costs,make sure all appliances were included and to make sure dead trees were taken care of to prevent damage on the home.
