Our interaction with Leah was outstanding from the very beginning. She made time to show us properties on short notice, came prepared with details and showed a lot of expertise and ideas on potential property improvements. We were really impressed with the follow through she showed, taking the initiative to prompt the title company when we weren't getting timely response and negotiating with the seller's agent to ensure that we ended up with the property amidst strong competition. We have dealt with a number of real estate agents over the past 20 years and Leah has proven to be one of the very best.

Kyle is an outstanding realtor! Professional and motivated!!! His market knowledge based on many factors, not just comps, gets your property priced correctly to sell. He is up front about things to do in order to sell quickly, but always leaves decisions in your hands of improvements to make or not, before listing and even after inspections. He also has connections with people to do the work and he always presents at least 2 options and encourages you to use your own if you want. You tell him what communication you want, and he delivers. I had 3 siblings I wanted included in updates via text weekly and with any important points in the sales process, and he didn't miss a beat. Everyone was pleased with his professionalism. Before Kyle, we used another realtor who held one open house and showed the property 6 times in a year with one offer that ended up too low for us to even consider. After making some cost effective updates and staging it professionally, Kyle had a marketing campaign which included a realtors open house the first week, resulting in 2 offers within the first month; one we accepted and ended in a sale 30 days later. Feedback was that the home showed beautifully and was priced correctly. I have to note that we were away during much of this process and although we were in a community which has landscaping, Kyle himself went by and did some detailing of the landscaping on our property to ensure that all important favorable first impression. In short, data based pricing and marketing, excellent communication, marketing knowledge and community connections resulted in a sale that netted us over $50,000 in two months compared to what the previous real estate agent presented to us in a year. He even made a generous contribution to a non- profit my sister set up in the name of her son killed in a car crash. Have Kyle represent you....you will not be sorry!!!!!

Five stars for someone who truly earned every one of them! Buying a home can feel like a three-ring circus with inspectors, title agents, lenders, insurance companies, and a dozen other moving parts. Ileana somehow kept it all moving while making the process feel warm, personal, and manageable. She was incredibly responsive, supportive, and tenacious about following up with the right people to make sure things were moving along. She was consistently in our corner, coordinating behind the scenes and helping us understand what needed to happen next. Ileana also went above and beyond with recommendations and those little details you don't even know to think about when you're buying a home. She connected us with the right people for everything from insurance and inspections to septic and engineering questions, and even sent a helpful email right before closing with details like where to find our mailbox and who our power company was. Those seemingly small things made the entire process smoother and the next steps easier to navigate. We originally worked with Ileana to purchase our first home together as a couple, and she was or only call when we needed to buy one for my parents. Next time we are in the market, Ileana will be or first call!
