Overall good experience

Sherri came into our lives because of Hurricane Ian, 2022. Our home was damaged in Sarasota county and we decided to move up and inland. Sherri took the lead and asked key questions on what we wanted and looking for. As we were very raw from the disaster, Sherrie used her knowledge of the area and honed us into a rental first then into a new home. She was open and honest the whole time we were together as we ventured thru the process of literally moving into a new area. As we mentally mended from our disaster, we grew to enjoy the area and she knew so many places for us to see and visit. She gave us allot of advice on home selection. She was up to date on what the state, county and local laws along with home insurance pertaining to purchasing a home and our responsibility. She was always professional and lighthearted and sometimes when we became so frustrated from losing a home bid, she always had an uplifting saying ... more homes to see, that was not supposed to be your's. She was/is an Angel. We leaned on her to help us learn the terrain and what we wanted to enjoy in this new area. I would recommend Sherri to anyone. In fact, We did, a neighbor from Sarasota County who also was in the hurricane, decided to look in the area and Sherrie's name was given to them.. and they too have found a new home and enjoy the new area. You will not be sorry if you have Sherrie leading the helm with finding the "perfect" home. Thank you Sherrie, for everything.

Sherry was very nice and easy to work with. She worked hard to get the sale of our house done. And she doesn't drop you like a hot potato after the sale is done.
