Claudia was amazing. She helped with negotiating a great price. Sat with me for hours during my home inspection and we laughter and talked. She went out of her way over and over to get information for me about neighboring property owners. Throughout the process of buy my home I developed a friend. Working with Kim was a dream come true for me, as at 79 years old, there were many things I needed to have explained to me and she went out of her way to make sure I understood every single step.
