We interviewed several real estate agents before choosing KC Harder and we’re so glad we did. She was clear about the process, what her compensation included and exactly what we needed to do to get our home market-ready—despite listing off-peak. After painting over the loud colors left by a previous owner, staging and listing, the house went under contract in just four days for $15,000 more than what other realtors told us we’d be “lucky” to get. We closed early, and KC made the entire process seamless. We highly recommend her—thank you, KC!

K.C. was very knowledgeable of how the market was at the time and advised us when the best time and the best price for our home would be. She kept us informed at each step of the process. If I were to sell another home I would not hesitate to use K.C., she is fantastic!!

K C is the absolute best in the business. She was so patient with me and so very helpful. She knew exactly what I needed to do, and when, to make the sale of my home go as smoothly as possible. She is knowledgeable and professional, yet warm and personable. I could not have been more taken care of throughout the entire process. She is the best. Period.
