Working with Jennifer was amazing! She never gave up, despite us listing our vacation condo into a tough market, finally securing us a great price. She constantly was working with other realtors and potential buyers to get that offer. I cannot image anyone can match her knowledge of Destin, particularly the Sandestin resort area. While a couple of hiccups arose during the closing (neither her or our fault!), she worked diligently late into the night to get the deal across the finish line. If we ever buy back into the Sandestin area (our goal!), she will be our first call.

Working with Christie and John Di Lemme was an incredible experience from start to finish. Before meeting them, my home in Port St. Lucie was sitting on the market, and I was frustrated. I did not feel like things were moving in the right direction. Then I met John and Christie, and decided to move forward with them, and everything changed. Christie came in with a clear plan, staged and designed the home, and completely transformed the way it looked. I honestly never imagined my house could look like that! The staging made a huge difference — and most importantly, it worked. My home went from Stagnant to SOLD! After that, Christie and John helped me with the next step: finding my new home in Fort Lauderdale. That was not an easy search. I was driving from Port St. Lucie to Fort Lauderdale every day, so finding the right home closer to where I needed to be was very important. We looked at A LOT of houses! Christie and John stayed patient and focused throughout the entire process. I had specific needs. I wanted space, privacy, a big yard for my dog Nova, no HOA, and the right community. In Fort Lauderdale, that is not always easy to find. Then Christie found my home. Although, I didn’t think so at first. At first, I was still thinking about a house with a pool, but she encouraged me to at least come take a look. Once I saw the yard, the lot size, the newer updates, the canal, and the potential to make it my own, I knew it was the right fit. Today, I am standing in my new Fort Lauderdale home, and it still feels surreal. Christie and John successfully sold one home and found me my next one! They guided me through both sides of the process, stayed committed, and made it happen. Nova loves the huge yard, and I am excited for this next chapter.
