Ben has been active in the Fort Walton/Destin area for...ever. So when my parents offered to purchase the home we had been renting as soon as it was up for sale on only a few weeks notice, we were very lucky he was available. It was during Christmas and New Years break when we got the heads up, and he had our offer ready and accepted on the day the home went on the market at the beginning of January! Ben was there for us 24/7 with very reassuring, knowledgeable advice. We had no idea how many steps were involved in purchasing a home, but he had the contacts to call for excellent service on our last minute details and inspections, financing options, insurance options...everything. I really feel we would have missed out on our house if we had gone with a less experienced, less established realtor. And I would have lost my mind without his calm, confidence that it could all be done, followed by his step by step what-to-do-next. I have no problem saying that I would definitely recommend Mr. Acock, because I have already recommended him to friends. Call Ben, tell him what you would like, follow his advice and let him know if you have a problem--he or his contacts will be able to solve it, and you'll be signing in no time. I was amazed and am very grateful for the results and the wonderful service we received under his care.

My husband and I recently purchased our first rental condo in Destin, Florida. Since we live in Texas, we had a short period of time to find a property while we were there on vacation/property hunt. And we had never purchased a rental or a property out of state, we weren’t aware of all the logistics involved. Working with Julie was awesome she educated us on the entire process from securing showings (which can be hard if they are rented out) to what questions needed to be asked of the property managers (things we would not of thought of), assessments fees, Florida contract’, inspection process, etc. Julie went above and beyond the call of duty for us from securing painters, making sure the new washer and dryer were installed and working, to working with management to get a new water heater, setting up time to get furniture donated, to measuring for drapes. We have bought a lot of homes over the years and I have never worked with an agent as great as Julie. Not only is she our agent for all purchases in Florida going forward she is our friend. We can’t say enough about how wonderful she is…trust me you will love working with her!!!
