Kathy is very resourceful and had a buyer for my house before it was even listed! Without her hindsight and vast knowledge of the real estate market, we would have been lost. Her advice on pricing and pre-contract negotiations was top-notch! If I ever have to sell another house, she will be my first contact.

She was very helpful, knowledgeable, great job.

Kathy would always keep us apprised of latest developments with aspects of the sale of our home, what we needed to do to improve the houses and property, etc, to gain the most money out of the purchase. Kathy is smart and very experienced in real estate. Communicated well with us at all times. We trusted her expertise to have her as our agent to purchase the house we are living in now. She seemed to realize what we wanted and what we didn't want.
