Chris is an all around amazing realtor, from finding our dream home to helping us as a first time home buyer by pointing out good and bad things that the normal home buyer would not realize to look for in a home. Chris worked around the clock to satisfy our needs and wants in a home and was always eager and excited to talk or answer questions we had. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rima Cole. I reached out to several realtors around the area around 4 months before we were even ready to sale. The only one who gave us the time of day was Rima! She even sent us information to help us out. We must of changed the date our house going on the market three or four times due to the renovations not being completed. She was extremely understanding and patient. Let me tell you, the professional photos she had taken... all I can say is I didnt know our house was so amazing looking! Once the house went on the market me and my wife were so nervous, but being the amazing realtor she is, Rima gave us comfort in knowing we had the best realtor in the area. We were having showings everyday. One of our major concerns was the house sitting on the market forever, she gave us a two week estimate for it to go under contract. Unbelievably she was able to get us under contract at the end of the fourth day on the market! She works past normal work hours answering texts and negotiating with buyers for us well into the night. If you are looking for someone that you can have complete faith in while guiding you through any type of real estate experience than Rima is your person. The entire experience she treated us like her most important clients, and to me and my wife that is invaluable!
