I don't give a 5 star review lightly but Dan deserves it and then some

I don't give a 5 star review lightly but Dan deserves it and then some. Dan was our realtor for our first home and worked with us from November of 2020 till we bought our house in April of 2021 and then again when we decided to sell our home in July of 2024. He's very knowledgeable about the area and his profession. I sometimes wondered if he was ever not working because of how quickly he was always able to respond to any questions we had. Our current house search is making me realize how spoiled we were to have Dan as our realtor, truly a great guy.

Worked well with out of town seller

Sonja was very professional in handling the sale of our house. She has a wealth of knowledge of the local area. She provided a constant flow of information regarding showings and comments of other agents. I believe she was the best fit for my unique situation.

I’ve had the fortune and privilege of working with Sonja to find my house

I’ve had the fortune and privilege of working with Sonja to find my house. It’s not just about finding the right house, it’s about navigating loans, insurances, and negotiations. I’ve done this before and she’s been the key to the smoothest process so far. She went above and beyond.

Sonja has been an excellent realtor, going the extra mile to make sure tasks get done

Sonja has been an excellent realtor, going the extra mile to make sure tasks get done quickly without adding any extra stress for my already busy schedule. She got our house sold in the timeframe we needed. As a military family the need to sell can often be overwhelming and she made the process as smooth as possible. I would definitely recommend her for all your realtor needs.
