I have worked with Ms. Candace a couple times now and she will be the agent I will work with on any future sells and purchases in the future! She always keeps me informed and updated on anything and everything that needs to be discussed and addressed! Thank You Candace for making this as easy as you can for me!!

We have had the pleasure of working with Ginny Lee twice! Her skills are amazing! Her guidance and knowledge resulted in a sale less than one day on the market! Ginny Lee is more than a realtor she is a treasured friend who we knew we could trust with such important decisions. She guides with a gentle hand keeping the process moving forward with encouragement and respect. Thank you Ginny Lee for everything!! We love you!!

Tony is an amazing realtor and person. He paid incredible detail to everything I wanted while working with me and was amazingly patient! Any questions I had he answered them throughly making sure I had no worries the entire time I was looking for a home! One thing about Tony is he’s very intelligent and knowledgeable in his field. Though it took a year for me to find a home due to my own indecisiveness Tony still stayed checking in with me through the whole year until I was ready! We are extremely happy with our new home! I would recommend Tony Moorer and Coldwell Realtor Co to all of my friends and family. 10/10
