Kimberlee Bell performed an excellent job for us as our real estate agent in finding the perfect home. She listened to our desires, she tirelessly researched the market, and she never gave up presenting options for our consideration. She worked with us for at least 6 months, demonstrated patience, and never pressured us to make a decision. In short, she is the best real estate agent we have ever used and we have bought and sold more than 5 times as a couple. Further, after the decision and purchase, she gave us invaluable contact information for services, contractors, utility numbers, and anything else we asked. We highly recommend her to anyone and everyone!

We hired Allison to list my mother's home after she passed away. A friend referred her to us for help after another realtor totally screwed us over, it was a nightmare that lasted over a year. She sold the house in under 3 weeks and was very helpful, caring and understanding during the entire process. She's very professional and knows her stuff, so if you need a great realtor, she's your best bet for a wonderful experience. I highly recommend her.
