Allison has lived in Florida for over twenty years and has been a Pensacola resident since 2009. She immediately fell in love with the city’s history, beautiful beaches, wonderful community atmosphere, and unique residences, from its Craftsman bungalows to its grand, Victorian-era homes. Prior to moving to Pensacola, Allison was a High School Art & Design educator for more than a decade. This was a wonderful career and gave her many opportunities to work with families and community members. Allison is a patient teacher and welcomes the chance to share her knowledge to help guide her clients through the process of buying their dream homes or listing their homes for sale.
Allison and her husband own and manage twenty residential units in East Hill and Downtown Pensacola, including single-family homes, multi-family units, and two Airbnbs. Together, they have also relocated and restored two historic homes within Old East Hill and East Hill. Allison has many years of experience in property management, including leasing, tax accounting, maintenance and major home repairs, and developing curb appeal. She has a history of increasing profitability and limiting costs by generating new income streams, acquiring qualified tenants through effective planning, marketing and design, and building sound relationships with her residents. Allison would be delighted to assist those looking to start their own investment portfolios.
