I’d almost consider her my “Second Sister” and yes she’ll Blush at this…. But I’ve run Multi Million Dollar companies and I would have her at my side EVERY DAY! Go with someone else? Seriously? Knows the market and comps and maximizes your return. Soooooo find someone cheaper and realize later….. ooooops. There went $50K I guess I didn’t need….. on the buy or sell. Trust me please. My agent was on the job making sure to keep me informed of everything that was happening. Once I signed the contract with her the property was listed immediately. To my surprise the same day of me signing the contract Mrs Sherman called me to inform me someone wanted to see the property. The next day I was informed they had an offer. She explained that I should go with a counter offer. I know nothing about Real Estate so she had to explain the different steps. The agents kept me informed by both texts and phone calls.
