My husband and I recently purchased our first rental condo in Destin, Florida. Since we live in Texas, we had a short period of time to find a property while we were there on vacation/property hunt. And we had never purchased a rental or a property out of state, we weren’t aware of all the logistics involved. Working with Julie was awesome she educated us on the entire process from securing showings (which can be hard if they are rented out) to what questions needed to be asked of the property managers (things we would not of thought of), assessments fees, Florida contract’, inspection process, etc. Julie went above and beyond the call of duty for us from securing painters, making sure the new washer and dryer were installed and working, to working with management to get a new water heater, setting up time to get furniture donated, to measuring for drapes. We have bought a lot of homes over the years and I have never worked with an agent as great as Julie. Not only is she our agent for all purchases in Florida going forward she is our friend. We can’t say enough about how wonderful she is…trust me you will love working with her!!!

With his many years of experience, Gene was very knowledgeable in the the local market. He was prompt and straight forward in communicating all needed information, possessed skills in handling challenges, and was professional in his negotiating skills; always remaining calm and positive throughout. He made the journey less stressful for me. He was organized and thorough even getting bids for me to satisfy an inspection issue that was my responsibility; he went the extra mile. He has good work ethics, always available 7 days a week, no question or concern that I had was unimportant. I trusted him every step of the way! I learned that he is well respected in the community of real estate; I feel very fortunate that Gene was able to represent me in the selling of my property.
