Tony did his research and found homes that fit my requirements. He didn't waste time showing me homes that didn't peak my interest. He always made time for my wife & I and worked with our schedule. After weeks of searching, Tony found the right home for us. Some realtors would have lost interest because of how long it took to find the right home, but Tony stuck with us and didn't try to persuade us into getting something we didn't want. If you're looking for a realtor that will work for you and not just the commission, Tony is the right realtor for you. I definitely recommend Anthony DeRosa.

Super helpful and it was great that she spoke both English and Spanish. Very patient and knowledgeable.

Scott Skare has been absolutely the best of the best! He worked me every step of my home purchase journey, answering my questions and communicating status frequently. We truly had an effective partnership through my journey. He used his vast network to schedule a great home inspector quickly and provided helpful recommendations for electricians, plumbers, and HVAC specialists. It was truly a joy to work with Scott. You won’t find a more dedicated agent to work with. I highly recommend Scott for all of your real estate needs.

I have been buying and selling real estate for most of my life. There are those that you hire that just do their job and those that go above and beyond. Carolyn is one of those people. Carolyn was referred to me by an acquaintance in Chicago. She is pleasant, knowledgeable, and sharp. She knows her stuff. I sold a four flat with her in Humboldt Park with Carolyn as the listing agent. She assessed the building and ask me to wait a couple months so that I could demonstrate higher rents. She told me that my units were underpriced by a couple hundred dollars and she was right. When lease renewal came we realized over $1100 more in revenue for the building and sold a hair under asking. Carolyn also coordinated painters, concrete vendors and cleaning people. Because I spend a good deal of time of town she let workers in to the property and made sure that things were done in the right way. This was priceless. Carolyn offered to do all of this for me. I have left deals and thought that agent was over-paid. Carolyn is worth every penny! Will only use her from now on.
