I believed this would be a complex sale due to the condition of the home, but Correy reassured me throughout the entire process that we would find the right buyer and we did. Any time I had a question or concern, Correy was easy to reach with a thorough explanation. I absolutely recommend her to any friends or family looking to buy or sell a house.

Ramone was organized and knowledgeable in handling all aspects of my transaction. He was communicative throughout the entire process. He was always available to provide me with answers to any questions or information that I needed for the sake of my sanity. Every decision that I made mattered to him. I always felt that I was in good hands. His attention to detail and level of time/dedication to his clients is outstanding - from lending to sourcing reputable inspection companies to closing. Overall, I would strongly recommend Ramone Silvia to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
