From the very beginning Hannah went above and beyond. As a first time home buyer, I was very excited but had a lot of nerves about the whole process. She answered my (many) questions until I felt informed and comfortable. Being an out of state first time home buyer with a closing that look less than a month literally would not have possible without her!!

Our history with Inga goes back about a year when me and my wife first started looking at buying. We were not where we wanted to be and Inga stuck by our side and helped us in every way she could to not only find us a home that fit our family but helped get us where we needed to be to buy this home. Being a retired electrician of 46 years in the construction trades, I am sure I was not the most delightful client at times. We not only managed to get through it, but we did close on schedule! I have to say, Ms. Rushing is highly educated, and well versed in real estate transactions. She guided us through each issue that popped up with knowledge, and direction. She even managed to stay calm, when I could not....lol Looking forward to working with her when we list our present home, once we make the move to our new homestead.
