My contract with my realtor was ending after my home had been on the market for 6 months. I was stressed beyond belief and sinking deeper in debt. I felt I could trust her and knew right away she was knowledgeable, confident, and determined as I was to get my house sold as quickly as possible. After we signed the contract (not another 6 month one), took the pictures, and got it up on the market my house was sold within 2 weeks.
