Janet Bennett helped us sell our home to an investor without ever listing on the market at a market rate! Our home needed too much work for a market sale and we simply just didn’t have the time or energy to prepare the home for the market. Just when we were about to give up and pay contractors to prepare the home Janet got us a cash “as is” offer higher than we expected to sell the finished home. She saved us thousands of dollars and a few weeks of dealing with contractors in our home! I recommend Janet for anyone in the market to sell or buy!

Dean definitely went above and beyond! Extremely knowledgeable about the housing market, the process start to finish and kept us informed about any and all changes. 100% recommend Dean Davis.
