Dean is truly INCREDIBLE. This past month has been a very difficult one and actually my toughest purchase of a home ever -4th one. There were a few times it seemed as though things were just not going to work out for me with this home. Dean was right there every single time to work through the issues and make it happen. I swear that I felt as though I was his only client because he was so responsive to me. I have worked with my share of agents, a few that I parted ways with, and from my deepest heart and soul I promise whoever is reading this review that his is THE BEST AGENT EVER!!! I would not be in the home that I love today, if it were not for Dean. I wish I had pages to share the details of this closing and how hard he worked, but take my word for it as a 20yr-retirement/100% disabled veteran that Dean is the person who will make it happen for you. I highly recommend him and wish all reading this happy home buying/selling!

When we began the endeavor of selling our home, my wifewas adamant about doing it "For Sale by Owner", after a couple of weeks of lackluster response, Dean came to the rescue. His expertise, great communication and overall knowledge of the real estate empire especially in South Tampa is invaluable. First off, he sold our townhome in South Tampa in 3 days!!! He was able to negotiate the initial offer price 12k more than originally offered, but that's not even the impressive part. The initial appraisal of property came back 23k under. Dean took initiative to ask for a second appraisal, paid by the bank, and continued to research our area to provide documentation and knowledge supporting the buying price. Second appraisal came in right on target. A 23 K difference! If my wife would have attempted to sell our property by owner there is no doubt that we would have sold our home undervalue and also not to mention the stress of not knowing how to navigate such transactions. My wife and I cannot praise Dean enough and highly recommend him as a realtor. We look forward to working with him again for any future buying or selling!
