Mr. Maynard continued to help me look for a property that met my needs, including spending one Saturday driving to multiple properties a fair distance away; we finally just closed on my dream property. I am retired military and used a VA loan, and Mr. Maynard was very familiar with the requirements of this loan (which is critical since there are many additional requirements, including several types of inspections, before a VA loan will be approved on a certain property).
