Karla is amazing! She patiently listened to all our criteria and was thorough and diligent in her search and inputs for investment properties. She is very hardworking, took videos of properties and communicated very well which was super helpful for out-of-state investors like us. Karla not your regular realtor who are typically only transaction based; she truly believes in building long-term relationships, for our investment, she helped us in inspections/repairs and finding property management services even after closing. Highly recommend her! Sandeep

Working with Yaislin was truly the best experience my husband and I could ask for! We purchased our dream home all the way from California! Yaislin made the entire home buying process so simple and smooth, she explained everything to us to make sure we were comfortable and truly got everything we wanted! I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to put our trust in, she was viewing homes for us any day we asked and she truly WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! I felt like she had known me for years knowing exactly what we were looking for. Her expertise of the Jacksonville area made us extremely comfortable as we were moving and buying without even visiting the city yet. She made sure we stayed in areas she knew would be perfect for us and our kid, with also making sure my husband’s commute stayed under 20 minutes. There were times I felt I had no idea what was going on or what we were reading and she always took the time to fully explain to us what everything meant. I can’t not express enough to any future buyers to go with Yaislin, especially first time buyers she will be there alongside you the entire time, she’s not pushy on anything she just wants to make sure you find you’re absolute dream home!

As soon as my husband and I felt we were ready to list our home for sale, we contacted Mo and he had in on the MLS in just a day. He was in constant communication with us regarding showings, inspections, reports, and updates. If we had any questions he would follow up on them immediately and get back with an answer quickly. The sale process went smoothly and we couldn't be happier!
