Yaislin Cotto the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!

Working with Yaislin was truly the best experience my husband and I could ask for! We purchased our dream home all the way from California! Yaislin made the entire home buying process so simple and smooth, she explained everything to us to make sure we were comfortable and truly got everything we wanted! I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to put our trust in, she was viewing homes for us any day we asked and she truly WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! I felt like she had known me for years knowing exactly what we were looking for. Her expertise of the Jacksonville area made us extremely comfortable as we were moving and buying without even visiting the city yet. She made sure we stayed in areas she knew would be perfect for us and our kid, with also making sure my husband’s commute stayed under 20 minutes. There were times I felt I had no idea what was going on or what we were reading and she always took the time to fully explain to us what everything meant.
