We visited for just a few days where we looked at many homes in person, but ultimately selected our home after a virtual showing conducted once we were back in Ohio. Fred actually kept me more informed about each thing that was causing a new delay and what to do to get past it than my own lender. I couldn't imagine an agent working harder for me than Fred. I will never use anyone else ever again.
