The problem solver!
I have bought other homes and really had to push the agent to get me a better deal than they advised me to take. Fred was aggressive and got a price I was very pleased to get. Even though I was pre-approved, my credit union was taking forever. Fred pressed them every step of the way. Fred actually kept me more informed about each thing that was causing a new delay and what to do to get past it than my own lender. I couldn't imagine an agent working harder for me than Fred. I will never use anyone else ever again.
