Misti's knowledge of the local market is apparent throughout every step of the process. I was a "looky Lou" for two years before finding the perfect home for me. Most other agents would have written me off, but Misti never put any pressure and continually showed me homes that she knew I would like. Having her in my corner through the process was instrumental, from negotiating with the sellers, to coordinating all the necessary steps before closing. I ended up with a great deal in a tough market, with Misti negotiating over $10k in seller contributions and a home warranty. We also closed in 28 days, during the holiday season and never once did I feel as if she were inaccessible. Her own experiences, with building and designing properties, also gave me quick access to a plethora of vendors, where most new homeowners would be overwhelmed or taken advantage of, not knowing the going rate for some repairs/ remodels. I highly recommend, and urge anyone considering buying or selling to go with her as a truly experienced professional involved in all aspects of real estate, versus a "weekend" agent. This is one of the biggest transactions of your life, leave it to the experienced!
