It had been a very long time since I sold a home and some things had changed. Ellen always kept me on target of what was ahead. Even when surprises came my way, she remained calm and helped me work through them. She offered help in ways that I never expected. Her professionalism is beyond measure. I would recommend Berkshire Hathaway to anyone, especially if they had Ellen as their agent!! Although we both were astonished at the sale price in the end, the buyer's appraiser was very unfair in his report, and no fault of Ellen's hard work for me.

Kathy knows her craft as being an agent. She knows the area extremely well and the people too. She is extremely knowledgeable in the market and her communication with us was excellent. Anytime of the day or night when we called she would respond. She is our lady when it come to buying or selling a home here in Florida. Plus she is so much fun to hang out with.
