I've worked with Chris and Rick on two home purchases during the past year. They are knowledgeable, responsible, and enjoy what they do. Chris and Rick make a strong complementary team, and two can be better than one when the transactions are complicated. And I've appreciated Rick's support throughout the full cycle of the process, even after the official clothes. There are many realtors out there, and quality varies a lot. I have bought and sold more than 20 properties in my life time, and without a doubt . . . Christine is the the most professional realtor of which I worked. Her knowledge of the current market, the specific location of my property and its attributes was outstanding. She helped me prepare the property for the best sale. In addition, she kept me informed with updates and always replied to my questions. Christine followed up with prospects, not with undue pressure, but with her positive personality answering their questions and conferring with me. She did numerous open houses to attract prospects. Oh, and did I mention her excellent negoiating skills with prospects always representing my issues and conditions for the sale. I was always confident that if she was not available for prospect showings (which wasn't very often) her partner, Rick, was there to help. When it came to the actual sale, she efficiently closed it and handled details without any problems or delays even though I was out-of-the country. She then uses both her personal skills, her knowledge, and media/advertising to find the buyer. She gives you updates so you know how things are progressing.
