It had been a very long time since I sold a home and some things had changed. Ellen always kept me on target of what was ahead. Even when surprises came my way, she remained calm and helped me work through them. She offered help in ways that I never expected. Her professionalism is beyond measure. I would recommend Berkshire Hathaway to anyone, especially if they had Ellen as their agent!! Although we both were astonished at the sale price in the end, the buyer's appraiser was very unfair in his report, and no fault of Ellen's hard work for me.

Gloria and I have sold homes in the past, but never have we had a person of Sarah Pappalardo ability and concern handle a home sale for us. Sarah started as a neighbor, became a friend, and then our contact with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. There is little doubt that Sarah guided us from start to finish of the sale of our home. We started the process of selling our home in 2019. Because of events that occurred that year, we had to postpone the selling process. Sarah continued to guide us, make suggestions, and keep involved with us to keep abreast of the market and what we needed to do keep the house ready for the market. Again in 2020, we were poised to put the house on the market when events prevented us from doing so. Sarah took charge of keeping us up to date with the market, with the things we had to do to keep the house is selling order, and was there to answer any questions we had. Finally, this year, the house was put on the market under Sarah's guidance. She set the date for the house to hit the market, kept us abreast of the showings and results of the showings, and then when offers were made, walked through each one explaining the pros and cons of each offer. Because of Sarah's knowledge of the market, the area where the house was located, the the potential of the of the home we sold, it was on the market less than 12 hours before offers were made, and one was accepted. After the offer was accepted, Sarah again demonstrated her knowledge of the closing process, kept us well informed as the closing process continued, provided names of contractors and businesses to complete necessary repairs as required by the sale's contract, and kept an open dialogue we us as the closing process continued. We may not return to Jacksonville or even Florida, but if we do, the first person we will be contacting is Sarah Pappalardo.

This was our second transaction with Sarah and it just keeps getting better! There was no question of who we wanted to work with when we starting playing with the idea of listing our home. She is the most professional and hardworking Realtor we have had the pleasure of meeting. Don't let the kind, sweet exterior fool you either! When it comes to negotiating, Sarah is a bulldog, and the person you want in your corner. She is amazing when it comes to guiding you through the process of real estate, making a daunting task almost effortless.

Sarah Pappalardo is an exceptional real estate agent. From the start, Sarah identified areas of our home that needed updating, such as exterior stucco and interior paint, identified and coordinated with top notch contractors to perform the work and personally got our home presentation ready. As a military member stationed in Alaska, coordination with Sarah required working around a four hour difference while still taking advantage of prime East Coast business hours to coordinate with contractors and show the home to prospective buyers. This equated to prompt, clear communications, and Sarah being acutely detail oriented, while serving as our eyes and ears. This is our second time working with Sarah, having purchased the home through her in 2008. She has only built upon her extensive network since then and has developed a savvy understanding of how to leverage the internet and social media to best advertise the home. Sarah is a true professional and cannot come more highly recommended.

My husband and I have bought and sold two homes using Donna as our real estate agent. Both homes sold immediately. She has a great eye for detail and knows what to look for when walking through a potential new home. She is honest, knows her business, and clients should heed her advice.
