Ellen kept close contact with me during the whole process.
It had been a very long time since I sold a home and some things had changed. Ellen always kept me on target of what was ahead. Even when surprises came my way, she remained calm and helped me work through them. She offered help in ways that I never expected. Her professionalism is beyond measure. I would recommend Berkshire Hathaway to anyone, especially if they had Ellen as their agent!! Although we both were astonished at the sale price in the end, the buyer's appraiser was very unfair in his report, and no fault of Ellen's hard work for me.
