She made several suggestions for changes to improve the property’s sale ability and helped us set the sales price, which we had to adjust several times with Rachel’s recommendations.Rachel did several open house events, and kept us advised whenever there was a “showing”, and the comments from the showings. Although we had to sell for less than we expected I believe that Rachel worked hard to make this sale happen. We are pleased with the work that Rachel did for us and would definitely recommend her to anyone in need of a real estate agent.

From the first day we met Howard he was very professional but very friendly at the same time. He took the time to help us move furniture and explained why we needed to paint something to brighten up the room. He always answered our calls or texts.
